Ducks attacking new young rooster.

We have recently placed a pretty much fully developed rooster (6 or 7 months) and a 6 month Brahma hen into our already existing 2 year old flock. At first they were all fine and dandy, only some hens picking on the rooster, which is normal. The rooster held his own until my three Rouen hen ducks went sour and grabbed him by the tail and chased him around. I’m wondering if this activity between the ducks will progress into dangerous situations. I’m worried about them killing the rooster, he is a very pretty Americauna mix. The rest of the chickens don’t mind him much, just establishing a new order....

They have found a place on an outdoor roost, the ducks seem to be taunting them. We do not have a spare coop and only have 6 chickens and three ducks. Yesterday was the first day and they were all fine. Today is a lot of taunting and pecking and grabbing. They pushed him into the duck pond (he swam out and went to roost) but the ducks do not seem to be adjusting correctly to him. At least he has a hen that came with him of which he is best friends with. They kinda hang out and hold their own. I’m hoping this resolves in a week or two, but any advice is helpful.

Just the 2 chickens.... and how many ducks??
Might have to keep the ducks separate from the chickens until things smooth out.
How big is your cop and run, in feet by feet?
Dimensions and pics would help here.

I don’t know the exact demensions but it is pretty large, plus they spend most of the time free ranging here on our farm. We have 8 chickens including the rooster and three ducks. The ducks are now starting to accept the rooster, but the chickens love picking on him and chasing him around until he roosts.
