Hey, i am thinking of adding swedish, runners, and possibly a pekin to my group of muscovy's i have at home. I am wondering about the sizes because i know that muscovys are a large duck and i am wondering about the swedish??
Any replies?

Are you wondering how they will do? I have a small flock of Rouans,Swedish, Pekins, and a golden hybrid. About a month ago i add two Muscovy females and they are doing great. Also I had a trio of Muscovies a couple of years ago that lived with my mixed mallard derived ducks. They all did great.

Or are you wondering about the bread? I have two blue and a black. The blue are a little more skittish and the black is very friendly. My black is about the size of my pekins, and the blue are the size of my hybrid.

I was thinking of adding muscovies to my flock but my runner is over powering with dominance over my khakis and Rouen's. Once I added my turkeys he settled down. But one of the newer birds that came with the runner is a Swedish and she's fairy sized a bit smaller than one of my adult Rouen. My runner is a cayugen colure and I don't know how the past owner was but he's friendly a bit skittish with people and over ruling to my others.

I was wondering if the sizes would be ok to be mixed together in the same coop??

Yes for me they all get alone fine. The Muscovy girls are laying next to my Black Swedish just in-case she leaves her nest so they can steal it and her eggs. LOL Out side they tend to go off on their own but all sleep together.
