DUCKS: Bumblefoot to the max? (UPDATE: ALL PICS IN)

Quote:
Thank you!

the birds run real well; a couple have a very slight--barely detectable, so is it even real--limp to their waddle.

These supposed 'sickies' gave us 9 eggs this am. Not bad for 10 girls--in almost-mid November.

I really don't know what I will do. It looks like possibly 11 of the 12 Campbells will have it.

Nasty.

Beating a dead horse maybe, but here are the remaining pics:

Notice the white halo around the spot............? wonder what that's all about.

I have seven more Campbells to check. I doubt I will treat all affected birds--if any. I might just see what happens. They all are zipping about, eating, drinking, mating--and laying real well still.

I might just treat one or two just to learn, but I can't have 11 birds in the house for months on end in the dead of winter!!

Don't know what I'll do. This is singularly bad timing, eh?

NOTE: MUSCOVIES (NO SURPRISE) SHOW NO SYMPTOMS AT ALL.
