I am looking for a young duck to be a companion We love duck eggs and my laying hen died in April so we have been without eggs to eat. Our duck is a pet who will follow us all over the yard and will play tag if let out of his/her dog kennel. I live in Pinellas County Florida and I am really interested so if anyone in this area has any for sale I am looking to buy.

We have extra girls in the flock, Rouen, Khaki, Silver Appleyard, and a Pekin Rouen cross. We also have a couple extra drakes around, a Pekin and a Silver Appleyard. We are in Brevard county. These are all this years hatchlings and free range all day here on the property.

Too bad ya aint closer to me. Ive got a pile of mallards for only 7 dollars a bird. Id give em away but someone has to pay for feed.
