I'm sorry, I know this is a tired subject but someone help me quiet the voices in my head here. I've got Pekin eggs in the incubator. Started with 24 of them. At days 25 I had 18 that had survived up to that point. Day 28 was this past Tuesday and only 1 has hatched, I candled last night and now I've got 2 that look for sure like they stalled. 6 that have shown initial external pipping that started more than 24 hours ago but not progressing. Ive got about 5 more that show what looks to be internal pipping, and 4 that don't look internally pipped. It is now day 31. I've kept humidity up above 65 and temp at 98.5. Do I intervene? When should I and to what extent?

If only a couple have hatched, I would say give maybe another day or so if it's already day 31, they can take a little longer...but with that many eggs, they should've hatched.....Candle the eggs ( make sure no ones piping) and see if they're still alive, then you can start trying to help them hatch. You have to be very careful if you're trying to help! Do research before while you wait... Did you put all of the eggs in at the same time/day?
