Ducks have been sitting on eggs for a long time

The ducks I received from tractor supply laid eggs and they sit on them every night for a few hours, but nothing has hatched. How long do they sit on them before they realize they’re not gonna hatch and I don’t think they’re laying any more eggs I really can’t reach to the back of the cage to see if they’re still laying. I stuck a camera inside of the cage so I can watch them and every night they sit on them for a few hours and I’m a first time duck owner please help

Mallard derived ducks take 28 days to hatch. If they are only incubating the eggs sporadically, it is unlikely that they will develop/hatch.

They're sitting on eggs because you're leaving them there, take them away.
If they're only sitting a few hours then she's just comfortable, not broody.

It doesn’t sound like your ducks are trying to incubate at all. A truly broody duck trying to incubate would sit nearly 24/7, only leaving briefly to eat, drink, bathe, etc. I agree with taking the eggs away.
