ducks in incubator, eggs still unhatched!!

SO i have been incubating my eggs, and 4 of them finally hatched today!! yay!! this is my first time, so im super excited that i got even that many. But my question is whether i should leave them in the incubator, or take them out. i still have other eggs in the incubator that have not hatched yet, and i didn't know if the elevated humidity from the chicks would cause trouble for the other eggs. The humidity was pretty steady for me at 72, but now its up to 89 and i can't get it any lower. Would taking the chicks out help? Or should i just leave them all in there for now? pLease help?!?
