my ducks are 14 weeks old, they come out at 9am then want to go back in at 3-4 pm when they get treats and then at 8pm with pellets and a water top up.

They should start laying eggs in a couple of weeks.

You did not say what kind of ducks you have. If they are a laying type like Khaki’s or Golden 300’s, they will probably start laying after they are four months old. But, if they are a type that often takes the winter off from laying (Pekin, Appleyard, Swedish), they may wait until spring to start.
