Ducks Mating

I have noticed my two drakes mating with my two females they are 16 weeks old and have not laid any eggs yet if the lay with in the next few months will the have the baby ducklings in the fall or should i take the eggs away till spring time? thanks for any help

What breed? Anyway, they will probably mate but no eggs until about 5 to 6 months old. Then it depends on where you keep them.

If indoors, they may start to lay, if outdoors probably not until spring.
