Ducks not laying

I've had Rouens and Kaki Campbells for less than a year now. Once they started laying in about July, they didn't stop. Until a few weeks ago. I let them set on some to get more ducks. They laid eggs for about a week after that batch hatched, then that was it. Do they not lay in winter time? It hasn't been cold where I live by any means, our average temperature has probably been 65°-70°. Any thoughts?

How many hours of sunlight are you getting?
Are they molting?

How many brooded? If they are mothering their ducklings, they won't lay eggs.
