Ducks with chicken question

So I am looking at adding some chickens to my growing flock. My question is if I get a big chicken like Brahmas and if I only have smaller drakes from bantam breeds, would it be safer for the chickens than if I had a full size breed? What do you guys think?

I keep large fowl chickens with my bantams, no problem, but you have to consider each setup is different, and each bird has a different personality. If your birds have plenty of space to roam, and you have a correct ratio you should be fine.

My LF hens even squat for me so they may squat for a small drake if he jumped on her back. But I have a tiny OEGB too that likes to think he is mating with the LF hens but once he gets on all he can do is stand there.
