My ducks usually go inside there pet gazebo but lately I have to chase them down. I have food, water, and shelter in the gazebo. They haven’t been through a stressful time in the gazebo and they ALWAYS go towards food. Chasing them might not seem hard to some people (and I’m fast so it’s not like I can’t catch up) but I’m in three different sports, have to do school work and other things so I don’t want to spend my time chasing down ducks.
Any suggestions on how to get them in?

I use small rakes to make me look bigger and scarier when I need to herd my boys into their run or house. Now I just pick up the rake and they know what I want them to do. Oh yeah and you don't actually touch them with the rakes!

Lol I’ve tried that. Still doesn’t work

Same! My Muskovie ducks are making me miserable by refusing to go in their coop at night. I’ve tried giving treats on the ramp up, tried chasing them in - yes, lol, with my rake, even trying to pick them up and put them in, just about everything and it is still hit or miss every night whether they will go in or not.
Some nights they go in by themselves and other nights they go in their small fenced run but not up into the coop - some nights they want to sleep in the trees...
I really don’t want them getting eaten. Any tips?

You can train ducks to go in at night with repetition. My mallard ducks learned this pretty well. My muscovy learned it but ignore it on purpose. I usually find two people make it easier to corral them in. Especially when teaching them to go in. They then get use to the routine will start to do it themselves. The herd mentality helps move them all together. My muscovy, I find they go in easier when I stick my neck out like they do when showing dominance. I look like an idiot, but they respect that more than anything else I do. Otherwise they go to the door and look for a way to escape. If it is dark enough they all put themselves to bed.

How many ducks are we talking about.? I have 3, BIG Duckie thought he was a girl when he was a baby 1 Ruan girl (sic) and one girlie muscovy. They put themselves to bed. I have gone out at 11pm and they are in the ice cold wading pool water. Ms Muscovy was laying huge eggs for about 3 or 4 months, now she is taking a rest. I also have 4 chickens who are 7 months old and only 2 lay for me everyday. the rest just eat, sleep, forage. I have a medium sized eskimo type dog house for the ducks under a table with a tarp over the top and a coop heater for both the chicken coop and the duck house. All very spoiled. I can rattle a bag of dried worms and everybody comes running. Chickens will perch on the edge of wading pool to steal the meal worms that are there for the ducks. Spoiled?? Not
