Ducks won't eat

We feed our duck pellets. They eat those. They used to eat anything green. But lately the only leafy green they will eat is iceberg lettuce. It's hot here what could be wrong. Any suggestions what we could feed them. Don't want them to go hungry. I have 5 khaki campbell, 2 males and 3 females. Also 2 Indian runners male and female. Thanks in advance

If they have free choice pellets that could be why they are not eating greens, also are they foraging all day? That will do it too.

We have somewhat small place. We let them forge on the the weekend. That's when I have help. They have their pellets during the day. They used to love when I would bring them treats, fruits, vegetables . Just want to make sure I am doing everything I can to care for them. They are all a out 5 1/2 -6 months old.

As long as they have as many pellets as they want, they should be fine assuming they are duck pellets. Mine go crazy for frozen peas, thawed. You might try that for a treat.

If you want them to eat greens just take the pellets away at bedtime and feed greens for breakfast.

Ditto my back yard is dandelion free, my ducks spend their day plotting how to get to the front yard which is full of them!
