What ducks will get along best with rouens? I have two 2 month rouen ducks, and I would like to get some swedish and khaki cambells. I'm just worried because my friend had some wood ducks and the rouens killed them.

All domestic ducks are fine to mix. You should NEVER mix domestic and wild species. It's asking for trouble.

Can Muscovy and mallard breeds co-exist together? I have been thinking of trying a couple but do not want to build a sep coop.

In my case the Muscovy just ignored the Mallard derived breeds. I think they would be fine to mix with most of the larger breeds as long as the Muscovy drakes have enough Scovy girls. The only breeds I wouldn't suggest mixing would be Bantam and lighter weight ducks like Runners.

I had a Muscovy pair and then got some Rouen ducklings. The pair were about 6 months old when I got the day old rouens and never got to like them. The drake did completely ignore them though after they were grown. I have read somewhere that muscovy will not mate with other duck breeds if they are not raised with them. I don't know if that is 100% or not but in my experience, my muscovy wanted nothing to do with the rouens.
I am not surprised that your friends calls were killed by the rouens, huge size difference. I agree that anything other than very small breeds would be okay. KC are technically a small breed like runners so maybe swedish would be a better choice.

We had chickens, geese and ducks of all sizes housed together.
The muscovy drakes would mate with anything that had a vent (and in one embarrassing case, my friend's little dog) and fought with the gander. They were not raised together. They also killed a couple of my pekin girls through rough mating. This all happened when we had locked them all up for the night. During the day it was fine because at the time we had a full fenced acre for them. We ended up expanding the night area and things settled down.

As for breeding wild and domestic, my concern is that they can never be released because if they were and mated further, they would dilute the wild population around you. But if it happens accidentally, be sure you keep them as pets. Though you really didn't ask about this, did you?
