Ducky has had a hard life so far and he's only 3 months old. He developed pink eye. And once I started using the antibiotic cream on his eye, he lost all muscle control. Now he just flops around. If he manages to stand up, he can stagger backwards, and maybe go forward a couple steps. But mostly he flops over on his side or falls backwards. I'm not sure what is going on or how to help him.

what are you feeding him? do you have any other ducks? where are you keeping him? what’s his quality of life?

if you can answer these questions i could try to help you come up with a plan for him

What are you feeding him?
Did you take him to the vet for his eye issue?
What antibiotic cream were you putting in his eye?

Sorry to hear about your duck.

Could you upload a video of him walking, or at least trying to, to a video platform like Youtube or Vimeo, and copy/paste the link here?

Could you post a picture of what you're keeping him in? Please answer the questions by the other posters as well.

He's been to the vet twice in the last 10 days. I'm not sure what the cream is, the vet gave it to me. The second time we had to go to a different vet. That vet gave him Metacam, Meclizine, and Sulfatrim Suspension. He said it was an antibiotic, an anti-inflammatory and a motion sickness pill. I suspended those meds because it seemed to make him worse. And the motion sickness pill caused him to have dry mouth and he was foaming. Once I quit giving him those pills, he seemed better for a day and now he's back to staggering around. I'll try to get a video of him. He has an appointment with his regular vet this week to check his pink eye which seems to be gone.

I'm feeding him cracked corn and the same layer pellets that the chickens eat. Yes, I have one other duck. She has not had any issues. His quality of life? The ducks have a separate pen from the chickens since the roosters seem to want to pick on Ducky. They have a pool which is cleaned at least every other day.

Cracked Corn does not contain all the nutrients a duck needs, the same thing applies with chicken feed, ducks have different nutritional requirements than chickens, niacin, for example, ducks require around 55mg to 70mg of niacin per kilo of feed, chickens only require around 35mg of niacin per kilo.

What breed is he?

A lot of the symptoms you mentioned sounds like he may be suffering from niacin (B3) deficiency. Eye problems often occur because of the niacin deficiency, because niacin deficient ducks often aren't able to practice hygiene very well due to the weakness in their legs.

His normal "house" is a vented box that we built for him. The flooring is dry straw. They have their own pen separate but near the chickens since they were babies together with them. We had to separate them because the roosters wanted to pick on Ducky. They don't bother Quacker. But she's female and bites them back.

I forgot to mention the Brewers' yeast. we put about half a cup of the yeast in each container of food which is probably 3 gallons of feed. Also we put apple cider vinegar in the water.
