i have two female ducks and one male duck around 3 months old i was just wondering how old the male duck has to be until he can make fertilised eggs and mate with them

I think male ducks become fertile anywhere from 18/20 weeks.

Young Drakes will breed Hens at an early age.....usually starts when they are around 4 months old...Does not mean they are fertile yet??.....Hens usually start laying at around 8 months....I would think by mid summer your Ducks should be laying and breeding regularly....although it's not always the case with Hens laying eggs.....
