Or maybe not. I have 4 guineas and one of the males hangs out with my chicken flock all the time. He sure acts like he's part chicken. Dork.
He's been mating my chicken hens lately. My Ameraucana roo hates it and any time he hears the ruckus, he runs over squawking to the guinea and re-mates the hen.
Anyone have a cure for a stupid guinea? ...besides the obvious "beheading." That won't happen around here. It may just be a case of letting nature take it's course. I'm not planning on hatching out any eggs from the hens.
