Dumb guinea

Or maybe not. I have 4 guineas and one of the males hangs out with my chicken flock all the time. He sure acts like he's part chicken. Dork.

He's been mating my chicken hens lately. My Ameraucana roo hates it and any time he hears the ruckus, he runs over squawking to the guinea and re-mates the hen.

Anyone have a cure for a stupid guinea? ...besides the obvious "beheading." That won't happen around here. It may just be a case of letting nature take it's course. I'm not planning on hatching out any eggs from the hens.

I have 3 guinea cocks and they are always hanging out with the chickens. I haven't seen them breeding any but who knows? They are pretty dumb though.

They are not dumb. Guinea intelligence is just, well, subtle! Actually, they are aliens. I know this because I caught mine trying to phone home. See?
