YES.

One of mine starts about 3 am.

Another will make noise about 11 pm, then stop.

I am NOT a morning person. They don't care.

X2, mine starts at 4, but still. Luckily I’m a heavy sleeper! Lol
If he is a younger bird (cockerel) then he may mellow out in time, but some never change.

Yep, I don't have a rooster but I absolutely hear other peoples roosters off in the distance at 3am. Rooster going to do as they do

If light shines into the coop, say from traffic, yeah, that will set them off. I had one (Elvis, lol) that crowed around the clock pretty much. Me, I happened to love it and we have no near neighbors. I miss the old boy.

Same! I don't know how my neighbor stands the sound of his rooster crowing in the middle of the night. I prefer that my animals not interfere with the sounds of nature so I don't keep a roo.

I have a heat lamp because of cold weather (lows at 17) could that be part of it.
