Duramycin Dosages

Is there a difference in the dosage for duramycin for young chicks vs adult birds?

It might be best to start chicks out on the 400mg Duramycin 10 dosage, 1/2 tablespoon per gallon of water for 7 to 14 days. There's also the 800mg dosage, 1 tablespoon per gallon of water for 7 to 14 days.
