i’ve noticed that she’s been moving less and she’s been more puffed up and much skinner it’s gotten more cold i’ve already put some plastic around and heating lamp to help but im not actually sure if that’s it i just wanna make
sure she’s ok

Can you please post photos of the housing and of her?
Is she pooping? What's that like?
How old is she?
Where are you located in the world and how cold is it?
yes she has been pooping she is 10 months old and i’ll post the pictures in the morning since it’s night time right now and im in florida it’s 47 degrees outside

Since Dutch Bantams are so tiny, the quicker whatever is going on with her is discovered and addressed, the better. They can go from acting a little different to extremely sick in a short time. I don't mean to sound rude or harsh, I'm only mentioning this from my past experience. When did she lay last, if she has started laying? Any chance she's going through a light molt? If you can post a picture of her poop, that will be helpful. Have you checked her over for lice and/or mites (best if done well after dark)? Have you ever given her a dewormer? How long has she been acting differently? My Dutch Bantam hens have done really well in the 30°s but they do spend more time in the coop whenever our temps dip. Dutch Bantams have a very special place in my heart, if you can't tell. You've got one of my favorite folks on here (Wyorp Rock) ready and willing to help, so hopefully with her support, you pullet will be feeling better very soon 💜
