Is this a BB Red Dutch Bantam?

He's roughly 2.5months old and is starting to get the white earlobes that Dutch bantams have. And also has the dark legs

Ya I'm not exactly sure on the age honestly. But is this a BB Red Dutch? Or BB Red OEGB?

The white earlobes would make me think he's a Dutch. OEGB should have red earlobes.
