anyone know where I can find some dutch bantam hatching eggs or chicks?

If you do not care about quality, you could get some dutch chicks from a hatchery.

If you want real pure quality Dutch bantams, you will probably have to buy started pair or trio, very few of us Dutch breeders sell eggs or chicks.
I sell eggs occasionally, but do not have any this year available.
