Dutch with blue earlobes?

I have what I think is a Dutch bantam but she has bright blue earlobes. is this normal? She is around 3 months old. Also, does anyone know what color variety she is?

Color looks like Cream Light Brown, and the earlobes sometimes turn more white as they get older.
