Ear infection in dog

My dog roxy has an ear infection or something of the sorts, in her ear it’s a red purple kind of waxy thing and it’s only in one ear,she keeps getting irritated and shaking her head and walking with her head tilted and scratching her ear, the vet isn’t an option I can take a picture of the inside of each ear if you need to see
 
If it's an infection, she'll need antibiotics. My dog was at the vet for ear problems just this morning. You'll need to take her in before it gets worse.

It was worse but I’ve been cleaning it. It had black and red in there I got most of it out, she has blisters in the top of her ear too

How much did it cost? For them to just check and prescribe?
