Ear infection/parasite/normal?

Hello all. This is my sweet girl Stevie. I have never seen this on my chickens before. Looking for help as to what it is

Is it on both ear lobes? It might be normal seasonal spillage of color. My anconas used to have white ear lobes that turned yellow in the fall when they molted. Some red chickens will have white spillage on darker lobes. What breed is she?

TY for responding to my post. She is a TSC chicken (said to be a RIR). She turns 3 this year. It is on both ears. It is also on her sister and my EE. 3/6 have it.
