Hi! New chicken mom here and would love some help 
I have a 5 month old Splash Americauna Bantam hen who had a clogged left nostril (which i removed a nice crusty rockish looking thing from last week) and I noticed her left ear looks like the attached photo. I used a cotton ball and warm water to get a better look and remove anything on the outside hairs (that's why the hairs around it look all wet) but wondering if this is an ear infection and/or related to the crusty nostril? She's otherwise 100% fine and laying eggs like a champ. Thanks for any help and suggestions on how to heal if needed!
