Ear or cheek injury??

My poor 19 week old Australorp pullet has this injury on her face. We aren't sure what its from. It looks like a swollen hole where her ear is and it looks inflamed. It is also swollen around the area a bit. It is more inflamed today than it was yesterday. I treated it last night and this morning

[/IMG]with blu-kote and bacitracin. Can anyone tell me what this could be and how to treat it?
