Earliest your polish has laid?

Our current laying hens, a BSL and a RIR (plus our deceased BR) waited until they were 6 and 7 months old before they started to lay.
 
I have 3 26 week old polish pullets that aren't laying yet either

And they all have some SERIOUS big red wattles going on (and yes, they ARE girls

) and no eggs yet.
