Early bird

Hi everyone- I am new to chickens and on day 19 of incubating 9 eggs. One hatched today! She is squeaking like crazy and seems fine. I am now worried about the others..will they hatch early too? I will need to remove this little one on day 21 at latest for food and water but what if the others if they have not hatched? Assume they are no good?? Anxiously waiting and thanks for any advice!!

I had one hatch on the 15th day. This morning, the other 10 went into lock down..

I waited 24 hours before I took this one out. Made sure it was nice & dry.

Thank you and sorry to be a dumby but I am already on lockdown...think it will be OK to open quickly to remove?
