Under broody hen one chick hatched on 19th day and others still doesn't hatch although its 22nd day. I candle the eggs and all chicks are breathing inside. But sadly the chick hatched died. I am very sad. He was so weak and didn't even stand properly and his mother also didn't feed him. What I can do and I am so sad still because of chick. He died under her mother.

Were these eggs yours, or were they shipped? Shipped eggs often have low hatchability.

If they are yours, then you may have a problem-- genetic, disease, or vitamin deficiency. (I'm assuming the hen incubated them correctly. Hens usually do, and the eggs were still alive on day 22. plus, one hatched, then died.) It's almost certainly not her fault that the chick died; newly hatched chicks can easily go two days without food or water while they wait for the rest of the clutch to hatch.

I'd begin by giving any new chicks some poultry vitamins in water the day after they hatch (they shouldn't eat while they're still absorbing the yolk.)

It might be a good idea to get your hens on a regime of vitamins next time you want to hatch eggs, or get eggs shipped to you. If they were shipped eggs, I'd avoid that seller.
