Early molt (I hope)

My three ducks and about a fourth of my 23 hens have started molting already. Way too early...no stress cause I know of, all appear very healthy, normal poo, eating and drinking habits.
Any one else seeing this?

My older hens, brahmas, are about a month early for their molt. I'm blaming it on the crazy weather we've had this summer.
