Ok, so, what effect if any would an earthquake have on a broody hen and her eggs? Obviously shaking an egg wouldn't be good for it, and we've had 2 here in the past 2 nights! Earthquakes aren't something we usually get here in Arkansas in fact in my 24 years I've never felt one here, so I was just wondering if they might have hurt the eggs?

I feel like if they would have hurt the eggs, they would be cracked or would have fallen. An earthquake is more of a lower shake not a high "vibrationous" shake if you know what i mean. A little rumble here or there isn't going to hurt them. However if you pick them up and start vigorously shaking them then that will be a problem. you should be good.
