Easiest chicken saddles?

Can someone tell me the easiest way to make saddles? I remember seeing something a long time back that was super easy. My friend's hens are nekkid on their back, and she needs a fast, easy way to make saddles for them.

The fastest, easiest way for me was to just order them.
Hensaver.com They have very nice saddles. I ordered three and my hens have been well protected. That, and I love the butterfly camo print.

You can also try making no sew fleece saddles. I got the idea from another poster and had to make some a couple months ago. They have worked great. I have one chicken wearing one with the tail and wigs through holes and one with just wings through the holes, it works either way. So, if you need something now, this may work for you.

I'm using one much like the fleece saddles above but it ends at the tail and is only held on with the wing holes. Works fine.
