East Indie or Australian Spotted?

I have not owned either, but what I do know is that both are known to be fairly calm, hardy and are not big layers. Australian Spotted I've heard are tasty and have a great texture despite their small size of around 2 lbs. East Indie's seem to be very popular at shows and are the smaller of the two. Both are absolutely gorgeous breeds!

There is a breeder near me that I can buy from. Are these green heads or blue heads?

I would like to get a pair of Australian Spotted and a pair of East Indie and housing them together with several other duck hens. Would the two drakes fight if housed together?

We must be looking at the same ad, I've been contemplating buying them for the past week or so . I bought a few east indies from the breeder last year, if you call, they may still have some drakes left. It might be worth a shot.

They are in Iowa about an hour away. I've been looking and a few days ago I found this listing.
