Easter egger egg bound? Broody?

She has been in the nesting box all day. She has not eaten anything and is not drinking. I will run her out of the box and as soon as I walk off she is right back in it. No eggs in the box and acts like she is not feeling well. Could she be bound? How can I tell? She is about 8 months old or so. I just got her two-three weeks ago.
Just not sure if something is bothering her or if she is just broody

She's probably broody. Does she squak/hiss at you and protect the nest? Sometimes hens will go broody even if there are no eggs.

No hissing at all. She is also wheezing!! That scares me. Not loudly but I can hear it well. I separated her from my others and she is still not eating or drinking. Also sounds like she is coughing at times.

Strange. Does she have trouble walking and is lowering her rear to the ground like she is laying an egg?

No troubles walking and she is also not dropping her backside to the ground. Also noticed some of her feathers are coming out.

Respiratory problems around going to be a sign of egg binding. Are you certain she is having respiratory troubles?

Yes I am certain. She sounds as though she is trying to cluck at times but it sounds more like a cough. She is wheezing for certain well

Could something be caught in her throat?

Possibly. I would try lifting her up and listening the best you can to her lungs. If her breathing at the lungs is abnormal, she may have a respiratory disease. If it seems normal, she probably has something stuck in her throat.
