Easter egger: Hen or Rooster?

1 of my easter egger pullets looks like she might be a rooster. I'm not allowed to keep roosters, so I'm hoping that she is a girl.

She is on the left. I will post better pictures of her when I can get them. She is about 18 weeks old.

I'm really happy to here that.:) I would have to get rid of her if she was a rooster.

I know it's a bit early but what do you guys think? Sexed female from feed store but her tail is growing longer then the other two I have. When they were cicks the wing feathers were uneven and the same as the other two. My husband keeps saying rooster but that would be bad as I live in the city so I'm crossing everything I have in hopes she's not a he.

How old is it?
 
Could you also help me figure out if my Rhode Island Red pullet is a boy or a girl? I really hope she is a girl.
