Easter egger mix, genders?!

I have 4 Easter egger /possibly RIR mix chicks. They are about 7 weeks old and I can’t tell if they are going to be pullets or cockerels. One I’m 75% sure it’s male (red/white/grey one). Some insight would be great, I’m loving the colors they are starting to show. Hopefully I have at least one pullet.

I’m really hoping that I get more than 1 pullet, this has been my luck with hatching eggs lol
