easter egger never started laying with her flock. why?

Hello:

I have 4 hens. 2 are a year old and have been laying since last Summer. The others 2 are 7 months old. One started laying about 5 weeks ago but the other one hasn't started yet. She is the biggest, healthiest looking girl in the bunch. Any thoughts on what is taking her so long?

7 months isn't all that long for an EE; they can be really slow, even a year.
