Easter Egger: pullet or cockerel?

This Easter egger is about 12 weeks old. She's always been bigger than the rest and has the most aggressive personality. She's started making some vocalizations in the morning but I can't say it sounds like crowing. Is she a cockerel?

Yes, he's a cockerel. I can see rust color popping up on his wings which is male specific. It also looks like he has pointy hackle feathers and splotchy coloring. All pointing to male.
