I agree, no telling what the chicks would look like. Easter Eggers are not a breed, there is no standard. Even breeds can have many different colors and patterns. EE's are often genetically mixed. As far as egg color, the SF hen should have the genetics for a light brown (tinted) egg. There is no telling what eggshell color genetics your EE rooster would bring to the mix.
When you hatch those eggs, consider it to be like a box of chocolates. You don't know what you are going to get when you grab a chocolate, but you will probably enjoy it. Same with the chicks when they hatch.
