Easter egger roo?

My friend bought a mixed batch of colored layers(all pullets). He got this one in with them, obviously a rooster. I thought maybe an Easter egger but my friend said maybe a red sex link, don’t have any baby pics of him.

He does look very similar to a Red Sexlink
