So, these little cuties are 3 weeks old. Is the one with the bigger comb for sure a fella? I have 6 EE chicks from Ideal Poultry and all their combs are flat, except this one. Is there a chance it's still a she? Pictures 3 and 4 show the chick in question.

Too young, I lean cockerel, but young to say for sure. Update at 6 weeks.

Could be, i would wait a little longer. But i’m looking at the coloring, the color is pretty symmetrical and ran through the whole body which points to pullet. Although that’s not accurate, it could be a sign.
