Easter egger rooster or hen? Help!?

This is our Easter Egger it's roughly 4 months old, we have been so stumped figuring out if it's a rooster or hen!? It's always been a bit bigger/older than our others we got at the same time but not by much. So maybe its just older than we think? Its our only easter egger so we don't have another to compare it with. It does not crow/cock-a-doodle yet. Everyone we've talked to says hen but I'm still not convinced because its very colorful and already has the red on its face. Also if it is hen how soon would it lay eggs based off the way it looks and age from photos? We need help please! Here are some pictures:
