Easter Egger - Rooster or Hen?

I am new to raising chickens but, I think I may have gotten a rooster instead of a hen Easter Egger. I thought I would share some pics to see what some of you more veteran with raising chickens think. I appreciate any help!

The shiny pointed saddle feathers on the back are a male characteristic. It's definitely a rooster.

I agree. Also the large red comb with three rows of peas in it is indicative of a male EE as well. Female EEs typically have a single row of peas in the comb.
 
He is very cool looking! Def a Ross, I had an EE roo that looked kinda like yours when he started fleshing out as our secret rooster. Will you be able to keep him?
