Easter Egger splotchy?

I've read a lot about the boys having splotchy coloring. Is this considered splotchy? It looks pretty uniform but in different areas.

How old? Do you have a closer picture of the comb?

From what I can see, I’m guessing pullet.

SHE looks beautiful. EE's come in many different color patterns.
