I have two EE hens and a black Australorp rooster. I hatched 7 eggs and 4 are grey like one hen but three are black when the other hen is white. I don't know much about hatching or chicken breeds can someone help Me out on what they are?

I'm not sure what you mean on "what they are"? You know the parents, so you know they're Australorp/Easter egger crosses.

As far as color goes, the black from the Aussies tends to dominate other colors, but Easter eggers are a wild card since you don't really know their genetic history, so you can get some fun results when you use them for crossbreeding. Hopefully you get some pullets that lay green eggs

Donrae answered you well. If you want guesses on gender, wait until they are about 6-8 weeks old and post pics of them in the What Breed Or Gender is This? forum section. Enjoy your chicks!
