When can you start telling EE’s gender with their little combs... 7.5 weeks here

1. The rusty red patches on wings make me think cockerel, but the small almost non-existant comb makes me think pullet. Watch this one.
2. Everything points to pullet.

I was hoping that her being a bit more flashy that wouldn’t mean cockerel
 
They both look like pullets to me. My EE cockerel has similar colouring to your first bird, but when the red came in across his shoulders it was a glossy mahogany in big patches, not nicely patterned within the feathers. :) and their combs are nice and small and light coloured. Could change though, they’re still young. :)
