Well, not a serious study, just some of my own observations growing my first baby peeps ever!!

Easter Eggers: Playful, Energetic, Quick, Flyers, Constantly cheeping, Bold. Love playing with a Q-Tip, orange plastic tie--some have a seek and destroy attitude towards their toys.

Knock over their feeder, play in their waterer. Scratch a TON! Always want to know what the human is doing.

Golden Comets: Eat, Sleep, Repeat. Quiet, no nonsense. Scared and timid. Well-behaved, minimal noise. Sweet and adoreable little gingers!!

Not as interested in playing with their blue plastic tie. Not interested in human contact.

Anybody else done a "study" on their peeps?

Haven't gotten mine yet but from the sounds of it, I'm glad I only got one EE!

Recently got my first EE's but love them, they are adorable, very friendly, super playful.

I have found that my sexlink chicks just for some reason are not as entertaining as the pure breeds, that being said , here is the pro to the quite disposition. When the get to the point of going to the coop they tend to be easy to move around, and when they are grown they are really easy to catch if you need to. I have had black, red and gold. The golden sexlinks were the most docile. I also have EE. I love them but have never had one that was pet like, they are not afraid of me they just dont want to be messed with.

My Golden Comet is one of my friendliest birds, and my dang best layer.

My EE is also very friendly but VERY mouthy!! You can hear her from dawn to dusk, especially if she wants out. She doesn't lay nearly as well as my GC.
I'd say your personality profile is about right on.

They sure don't change as they get older either. LOL
