Easter Eggers In Small Farms?

Has anybody here tried to use easter eggers in a small farm for egg laying? If you have about how many eggs a year did they lay and how hard was it to sell the eggs / make a profit.

Mix in the Easter Eggers. They're not great layers, but their eggs make great eye candy and are a bit of a novelty. I didn't count, but I'd estimate about 210 eggs/year for their first year of lay.

If you are wanting to sell colored eggs, i would invest in Olive Eggers. EE's are mixed breeds, and you never know what colors of eggs they will lay.
