I got two baby easter eggers to add to my flock. (Our 4th grade teachers incubated eggs in science) I dont know if each were born on the exact same day or a few days apart. They are approximately 4 weeks old. I picked two that had the exact same wing and tail length. However one is now slightly larger than the other. The larger one has been more vocal since the beginning and always acted like a big sister by laying on top of the other one. I never thought about having a rooster until I saw that the slightly bigger one is starting to crown and the other is not. Could this be a Roo or just a variability? Pictures included are from a few days old to present day.

I agree. In the 2nd picture the larger comb is pretty evident when compared to the other bird but it's too early to be sure. I also think the coloration indicates male/ female but would expect to see more leakage in the male over the next month.
